Damelin very very very bad service.

My son registered and paid registration fee of R1100.00. After the transaction was done, he was told that the classes has already started two weeks before. That same day we called their book supplier to order the books and we were told that it would take 2weeks to receive the learning material. The next day I contacted their office to refund me on the registration fee due to classes already started and because of the delay in the books. I was told that there is no refund. I called them several times to get my money back but no luck. I demand it back as the cancellation was done the next morning.
