Damelin- Total Waste Of Time And Money

We started our short-course last year September at the Randburg campus, since the first day I could see that the we are not going to get through the syllabus but I decided to wait it out and see how the next two lectures are. Nothing has changed and so I decided to send an email to the manager ,we were told not to worry, we will finish in time. January came and we didn't finish the syllabus. Their response is to extend the course until March. I said it is unacceptable and asked for my money back. It is near the end of February and I am still waiting for my money. I wouldn't have signed up for the course if I knew we would only finish in March, now the only option they give us is to continue and try to make-up the lectures we missed. How is it my fault if the lecturer didn't properly prepare for his lectures? Extending lectures and replacing the lecturer in February 2019 is a bit too late, this after I complained last year September already.

How is this acceptable??
