Damelin, total wast of time and money

My daughter enrolled for a course at Damelin and the course was paid in full. She has handed in her assignments on time and submitted her exam application before the prescribed date. She however got no response from Damelin on her marks and /or the exam dates. After numerous calls and emails (to every contact ever provided by them and the customer care address) there have to date been no constructive response from them, other than it has escalated and the examination date of her 1st subject was yesterday. This institution is a total waste of time and money.
