Damelin takes your savings and then does not stick to the agreement!

Kindly note that they will take all of your savings and then does not assist as agreed. I paid over R 20 000 for a course as well as study material. The study material would have been delivered within 21 working days but only arrived 96 days later, illegible and damaged. This is three months' time you cannot catch up on over a three year period when you are studying towards your diploma. Because of the lack of service and blatant lies, I requested to terminate the course and have my monies refunded which to date, they have refused. The ombudsman for services and good indicated that they could not assist as they had no jurisdiction in this regard. If anyone knows of any other legal ways I can approach to refund my losses, please do let me know.
