Damelin Shocking Service and useless agents

We registered my Husband to study in July, Damelin correspondence was very quick to take our deposit for his textbooks, however one textbook out of the four was delivered to our address, its now September and we are still waiting for three textbooks, every time I phone I speak to someone else and I get the same story over and over waiting on dispatch. The service I and my husband have received is pathetic, I am shocked that an organisation such as Damelin are so *********** and useless.
