I registered for a course last year (2020), by lockdown they still didn't have a lecturer lined up or starting date for the course. Absolutely no communication from them and they don't answer their phones. In November I sent in relevant docs to canceled my studies. Know no one is taking my calls and if I do reach someone the just pass me on to someone else. 5 months down the line and still have not gotten my refund.
