Damelin's non issuing of certificates

I registered for an Industrial Psychology course at Damelin, Mowbray campus and paid the full fee upfront. It is a credit-based course. The last class of the course took place at the end of February 2014. During the class we went through the checklist of the items to be included in our Portfolio of Evidence so that we can obtain the credits. Since that day I have not heard back from Damelin. I have not received my certificate nor any communication about what I need to do to obtain this. I would like my R6000 back
