Damelin refund request overdue

Andrew Benson was misinformed about his chosen course and misled into paying R31118.00 in Dec 2021 to get a discount. Too late he learned that this was not a correspondence course, which was what he enquired about. He was also registered to the wrong campus. The names are Anastasia and Charmaine Moodley from Pmb campus. After much calling and emailing on his part, Damelin agreed to request a refund on his behalf. That was done on 14 June 2022. Follow up has been done to Pinetown refund dept (Emilio), to no avail. Where is the refund? Must further steps be taken to get his money back?? Andrew Benson *** Louise Benson ***
