Damelin - refund refusal

Shocking experience dealing with Damelin. My daughter registered and paid the enrollment fee in March 2021 for an advertised Diploma in Early childhood education. After enrollment, it was brought to her attention that this course was falsely advertised and would in fact only give her a "certificate" . She then canceled her enrollment prior to the start of the curriculum and requested a refund of her enrollment fees which she is entitled to, according to Rowena . After numerous emails and phone calls at have hit a dead end. The admin office have now told us that the "cash or refund department are closed until 20 January 2022". They have sat with this deposit for almost a year! Damelin will you refund us including the interest you have earned over the past year? *** ***
