Damelin refund pathetic

I enrolled for a subject at Damelin Boksburg (Business Law & Accounting Control) on 29/07/2021. Payment was made from the Company which I work for same day Nomvula Sithole is the Sales Consultant who assisted me. On the 12th of August I emailed Nomvula to ask when classes will commence, she responded on the 13th of August and confirmed that the classes would start on the 11th of September 2021.

On the 11th of September I went to Damelin Boksburg to attend my first class, but to my disappointment I was informed that there were no classes for this particular subject. No correspondence/communication from Damelin Boksburg was ever issued to me prior to pitching up for class.

I requested a refund on the 20th of September 2021 so I could rather do the subject online (directly through ICB) as this is the safer option.

I was informed by Damelin that the refund would take a minimum of 3 months. To date I have received no refund (9 months later).

Numerous follow ups with Damelin Boksburg and no one is getting back to me on the status of the refund. I phoned the head office on *** and they also just blow me off.

This is unacceptable and surely someone at Damelin should know what they are doing.
