Damelin Refund

I would like to begin by saying that I recommend no one must ever go study at Damelin as they are very ***********.

I registered with Damelin in December 2019, I then paid the initial deposit to secure my registration. Then after I decided on another course that suited my needs better, due to my own personal requirements.

I requested a refund on 22 January 2020, documentation was sent to me, I send all required documents in on 11 February 2020. I was notified that it takes up to three months for a refund to be paid out.

Covid happened in this time and all businesses were put to a hold, which I completely understood and had sympathy with Damelin with the situation, where after they mentioned that they will pay the refund as soon as the business is opened once again.

With multiple emails and multiple people I have spoken to since then, Priscilla Barrett, Dumie Dlamini, Yolandi Breytenbach, Cleavon Fynn, Surina Baignath,Jerome Naidoo, Mala Augustine, Zinhle Ndimande. Promises have been made left, right and centre with dates with payouts and emails sent from me with no feedback. I am usually not difficult person, but I am really tired.

How do I sort this out?

I do not understand how a well established company like Damelin can operate like this.
