Dear Sir<br> <br> In August 2013 I started the Human Resource Management course consisting of four modules. We did one module in 2013 and two in 2014. Since November 2014 I have awaited information on when the last module of the Human Resource Management Course will start (Industrial Psychology). I have enquired a number of times, with no avail. The best answer I get is that we will get information shortly. I paid for the first module in July 2013 and the balance of the modules in December 2013 and would like to bring this matter to conclusion. I have a trail of email correspondence should you wish to investigate. I would like this matter to be looked into and that some sort of conclusion gets reached.<br> <br> I have also completed three of the four modules but have only received one certificate thus far (from 2013) and also get told that the modules/POE's are here, there and everywhere without any concrete answer.<br> <br> I look forward to your urgent response.<br> <br> Hengie McInnes<br> ***<br>
