I registered my son in Feb for Diploma in IT, paid the registration fees on the same day, it's the 13th of March, still no classes...a college that is going to teach IT still unable to get the student portal up and running. The colleges is lifeless and dark. No students or lecturers visible. They phone lines is never answered, they don't have enough staff of a receptionist. But to top it all of you need to send a few emails before someone responds to you still with unfulfilled and no idea of what is going on at their college. So I get my son registered at another college and I was shocked at how efficient and professional they are. So immediately after that I go to Damelin to get my registration fees back only to be told no it's non refundable..got me thinking, they are leading students and parents on...take our registration fees and don't provide the service... obviously this is a scheme to make that R1100 daily from us to keep their facilities and salaries going cos they know it's non refundable...they clever with that but not clever enough to run an education facility.. disgusting..run guys far away from these people.
