Damelin Pretoria campus poor service

Damelin Pretoria campus : Poor service I'm so passed off regarding the cancelation of the course back there in 2021. I continue to receive the emails demanding payment until this day. , even though my daughter has not attended a single class. I went to see the principal 3 times regarding the cancelation and refund of the deposit that I paid. Nothing was resolved. The last time I went there I was told that the matter has been escalated to the head office and the messages that I'm getting is gonna stop in 3 months time. But I'm still receiving the messages. Damelin service is very poor and the staff members has attitude. It is unacceptable that years after cancelation I am still chased for fees that should no longer apply. Damelin head office please resolve this as soon as possible.
