I registered and paid for online business studies in 2023. To date, I have not completed this course. If it's not their online student portal that's always online or outdated, your login-ins don't work, and there is never anyone to assist you. My so-called student advisor told me that she would keep me updated with any changes or updates because I never received any communication from this online portal. I have never come across an online study portal that's so confusing, unorganized, and dead. I have requested my money back and to my surprise, I can't get a hold of anyone now.
