Damelin Online - debit order disaster

Damelin received payment in full and needed to cancel my debit order. I confirmed this with them numerously and received confirmation in return. However, the debit order was not cancelled and now it is a nightmare to get a refund out of Damelin. I received lots of promises but no refund. The service I received from Damelin with regards to this matter is absolutely pathetic. While I was inquiring about study Damelin phoned me 3 times a day to ask when I will pay and now that I need a refund... no calls.
