Damelin - Nothing short of appalling!

My overall experience with Damelin from registration - in-class lecturing - admin - results has been nothing short of shocking. Once payment has been received the service stops. The lecturers (when in class) were disappointing at one point we didn't have a lecturer at all & Damelin Admin/ office was not aware of the fact until I (as a student, brought it their attention). After the lecturer resigned you would think it would be an obvious next step to arrange a replacement. Exams were written, assignments submitted & not a whisper from Damelin regarding results or feedback. No response to emails, no communication, just silence. I paid for my course, attended classes, wrote an exam, submitted an assignment & received absolutely nothing with respect to communication regarding my results, any paperwork with respect to the course being completed etc The overall service is absolutely appalling & I appeal to anyone who may be in the deciding phase of choosing an institution to study at DO NOT CHOOSE DAMELIN!
