Damelin must be shut down

I requested a refund in October 2020 because they said they don't have enough students for my course ,I still have not received it there is no communication from Damelin.When I call them they say they are waiting for Head Office Since last year they have been waiting for Head Office. The first semester of this year will finish soon still I am waiting , really guys this is highly unacceptable is this how you treat people no man honestly you people are so annoying.
