Poor service, I have submitted my deregistration and request for refund and nothing has happened since May, no communication or status update.

Been calling back to back to get a no end or follow through or follow up story, I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted with the lack of communication, with such an urgent matter.

Can not believe the poor level from this institution that claims to have a good reputation
