My son registered for 2021 and we paid R10000 upfront then we realise that we won't be able to manage the fees and decided to cancel he registration. We requested for a refund which we were told it will be R8500 after deducting the registration and will take 3 months to be refunded. The application for refund was done in January 2021 to date nothing has been refunded. We have been trying to do follow-ups but been sent from pillar to post.
