Damelin is just a ****

I have been trying to get my refund from Damelin since the 28th August 2020 and to this day, it is a struggle to get them to do the right thing and refund me my money. I have sent all the necessary paperwork and even went as far as going to the institution to check how far they were with processing the refund, only to get there to then discover that the accounts department had not received the paperwork even though the paperwork was sent to Raksha Reddy who is the Manager of the Braamfontein Campus and Mala Augustine who is the Customer Service Manager for Educor on the 20th October 2020. I then asked to speak to Raksha, only to discover that she had no idea of what I was talking about which clearly indicated that she did not even bother looking at the emails I had been sending her. Raksha then promised to speak to someone from Educor and revert by the 28th January which never happened and since then, I haven't received anything from the institution. When I got back to the office on the 25th January 2021 as I was on leave the previous week, I saw an email from Nicolene Van Aarde which stated that Jocelyn (whom I assume is from the finance department) was not in the office and would be back on the 2nd February 2021, the story from Raksha and that of the email from Nicolene do not make sense, which then says Nicolene had also not done her part as the student advisor in making sure that this issue is sent to the relevant people and processed because if she had done her part, she would know that the accounts department had received the paperwork. Damelin stuff does not take their jobs serious and this is from those sitting in offices to the general stuff as they all drag their feet in making sure that the service they provide is of quality to their customers .
