Damelin is a **** when it comes to refunds!!!

I managed to graduate with no fail of whatsoever but that college is ********* and unprofessional. My feed were paid with no fail and always up to date. On my final year I decided to apply for a refund because my fees for each year were paid extra which summed up to roughly R4000 paid extra. I app**** for the refund and gave them the requested documents and I was told that the refund takes 3 months. Of which I am still waiting till date 4 years later for the refund. It reflects on the system the extra amount that was paid but I've been sending emails and they keep saying they will escalate the matter. For 4 years now????? That doesn't make any sense at all. How can a 3 month refund take 4 years. Honestly and they think I will let it go cause it's been 4 years and i won't because I app**** right after graduating. They are honestly the worst experience. Educor is not escalating the matter but delaying it. I send emails they either ignore or reply when they feel like replying. I've called twice and they saying they waiting for response from refunds department for 4 years?????? No!!!!
