Damelin is a ****

I have been waiting for my refund since August 2021 and till now I have not been refunded. Damelin's Account Department is pathetic and ***********, the only answer they have been giving me since last is that they are still waiting for their Finance Department. I tried involving DHET and to my surprise, they could help as well.
