Damelin is a ****!

I registered with Damelin last year as a Correspondence student.I have the worst experience from assignments being lost, problems with their portal and not being informed regarding exam dates. Each time I would be referred to student services which never I never had any correspondence from.This year i then decided to transfer over to a full time they again let me down in regards to my request being considered, after a complaint and referring this matter to their Pietemarsburgh branch as the Durban was utterly useless! I had a response from finance by the time my request was looked into and I was given the go ahead, on the day of registration.I had missed the deadline date with department of Education,as a College they have really wasted my time and are ***********.I was then offered option of a refund as my for the course had been paid in full.They have given me countless run arounds and now state its subject to a committee approval which I feel is unfair and unjust the college messed up and I am yet again having to deal with the stress of having to go this process.I am still wawiting deregistration forms from their acounts department!Damelin is job and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
