DAMELIN IS A ****

My sister studied at Damelin pretoria and i have been responsible for paying her studies, i mistakenly made excess payment of about R3600, i have been since trying to request a refund from damelin about two years now, i have done the refund forms twice which were supposed to be sent to their head office but still not refund, whenever i call head office Naomi / Cleavon keep telling me that they will get back to me, i have sent numerous emails to their customer complaints email address, Damelin is a **** when it comes to making refunds, for two years they have used the lame covid excuse, if you have had the same issue please respond, i will find a way to expose them.
