DAMELIN IN BREACH OF AGREEMENT

Damelin Nelspruit's fulltime study leg closed down in 2020 and none of the students were refunded there tuition fees. Damelin is to this day denying the closure but they are not open. A group of students went for legal consultation and were advised that they are correct in taking legal action against Damelin for not refunding the tuition fees. Damelin will now be sued by the end of June 2021 for not refunding tuition fees.
