Damelin horrible experience

I registered my son to study a course at Damelin. What a HUGE mistake. It all began with a lack of service from the word go. I struggle to get ahold of anyone who can assist in the organisation. It seems that the only way contacted by Damelin, is when you are late with payments. Then you will receive attention religiously. The institution got de registered and I got my son join another institution. Naturally to inform Damelin, I delayed payment. I therefore informed Damelin that I will be taking my son to another institution and he won't be coming back for the second semester. I then was advised to send an email confirming the above. The consultant also confirmed that as long as I have informed Damelin of my intentions, then the remaining second semester fees would not apply. Instructions were followed, but now guess what. I am getting calls from a Oveshni Kanavathy, from the National Credit Recovery Agency and emails threatening Legal Action. The school has been deregistered, but they continue to operate in a confused manner as the amount that have also been indicated to me differ from what their so called statement looks like. It seems that the absolutely no one knows what they are doing and their only purpose is to seek funds in a dubious way.
