Damelin has no regard for their student's lives

So i was in two minds in posting here but when i logged on i saw so many negative comments.<br> <br> So this is my story.<br> <br> I did a short course and completed it in December 2015. Since then i have been waiting for my completion certificate. Month in month out, then finally last week my facilitator informs me that it arrived. But guess what, they totally misspelled my surname.<br> Then a form needed to be completed to have this redone, only to be told it has to go back in the queue. The same queue that took more than 3 months.<br> Bare in mind i did the course because of a business opportunity that was waiting on me.I'm a single mother with no extra income.<br> So now i have lost income for the last 3 months and however long still. and damelin is just oblivious to my life that is deteriorating.<br> Every person working there has a job and a income, i cant because of a error on their side. how can u be so cruel to my family? <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
