Damelin *****

I would never recommend this college to anyone. i attended the campus in Randburg during 2018. my experience - i basically taught myself 6 subjects i had never done in my life. i did the office and admin course with ICB.

my mother paid R50 000 for the full course. today she showed me her quote and i realised that she had been charged ateast R15 000, for subjects i did not do. as if that was not bad enough, in the first semester we did not have lecturers for 2 of 3 subjects, and then it happened again in the third semester because our lecturer went on maternity leave and our student coordinator (Arvit) did not even know about it or bother trying to organise a lecturer and when we tried to confront him, he avoided us and pretended to look at his phone.

I am upset because we didn't even finish our books before our final exams, we were never told that we had to buy books at a value of R15 000, so some students struggled because they couldn't afford the books. my mother has paid for subjects i didn't even do and i don't know if we can get a refund because Damelin is *******. and it breaks my heart knowing i could have done so much better if we had lecturers all when we needed them and a student coordinator who actually cared about us. please do not support this college.
