Damelin DCC - wrong registration and ridiculous service

Registered for my ICB Diploma in Financial Accounting (LAST 6 subjects as I had already passed the first 6).. Damelin DCC register me for the wrong subjects after I sent paperwork and called 3x to confirm that they were registering me for the correct subjects and deliver the wrong text books to me. I call and fight and they "sort it out" and promise me my books will be delivered in January. I call again, they tell me end of last week.... its FEB???? I've lost out on registration of 2 exams now because of them!!! Ridiculous! Also waiting on a refund that takes 21 days? It's been 3 months...
