Damelin customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service from them. My girlfriend app**** for a diploma course 2 months ago. It took them almost a month to get back to her and tell her that she needs ro submit more documentations. After submitting them and paying the deposit 2 weeks ago,we still have not heard from them at all about when she can start her course. After phoning multiple times to get an update,the phone just get put down and nothing ever happens. Don't use them at all,they are the worst that I have ever had to deal with when it comes to customer service
