Damelin Customer Care slacking!!!

It has been over a week that I have sent a request for assistance on how to apply for a duplacate copy of my certifcate and to date and after numerous emails I have not received any feedback or correspondence from the customer care department. It is sad that no interest is taken when assistance is needed although Damelin pride themselves on excelent service. Is this the tye of service they refer to or are they slacking with no interest in their ex students. Make one wonder!!!!!
