damelin *******

I am very dissapointed. We requested a refund from Damelin after my son past away. They dit approve the request but firstly they are keeping 40% of the money and secondly the only pay out 90 WORKING DAYS after all books has been received. This is very very *******. For this 90 working days i dont get a cent interest on my money. I feel if cancelation is for something else maybee it can be justify but for death?. this is just very wrong
