Damelin College: Unresponsive and Unhelpful - cancellation of a course enrollment due to deregistration

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of support and communication from Damelin College regarding the cancellation of a course enrollment due to deregistration. Despite cancelling the course back in March 2024, I continue to receive emails demanding payment until this day, even though my son has not attended a single class. Yolandi Breytenbach, who was previously handling this issue, informed me that the matter had been escalated to the head office. However, it's been weeks / 8 Months now, and I have received no updates from Damelin Randburg or their head office / refund committee any indication that the issue is being resolved. This has caused significant confusion and frustration on my part. The Randburg campus manager, Mr. Ndanji Johns, Jolandi Breytenbach, and their refund committee, along with Damelin’s head office, need to urgently address this. It is unacceptable that, months after the initial cancellation, I am still being chased for fees that should no longer apply. I would appreciate immediate intervention to resolve this issue. Your prompt action in facilitating communication with the appropriate departments is crucial, as this has been dragging on for far too long. Damelin Head office, Damelin Randburg, please resolve this as soon as possible!
