Damelin College messing with up my life

I did my FAIS credentials through Demlin School of Banking about 4-5years ago. And up to this day I have never received my certificate. I have received a statement of results but thats been it. Numerous phone calls and emails later I now have a compliance problem at work and still no assistance from Demlin.
