Damelin Cancellation

This campany doesnt work together they have ten thousand departments who no one know where to get info from. My wife enroled and then a week after she cancelled.....but 5 years later they demand you to pay and now no one knows she cancelled thats a diffrent department and all of a sudden all the emails and all docs has been lost now i get threatend by legal actions .......
