Damelin Braamfontein prolonging/refusing Refund

<p cl***="MsoNormal">Last year November (2015) I registered my son with Damelin Braamfontein. I was told to pay R4500 on the same day – failing which they could not register my son. I paid the fees as requested. In January, I deregistered and requested for a full refund. I was told to complete some forms which I done. Thereafter they told me it will take 8 – 12 weeks to process. In April I queried the refund and they then responded saying that it will take another 4 weeks. At this stage I was furious. I sent numerous emails to the people dealing with it but they totally ignore my mails and phone calls. I mentioned in my communication to them that they are committing theft and that I am taking them up legally. Even this warning and ultimatum did not startle them which prove that they have been committing such debauchery for a long time so much so that they are so insensitive and immune to their clients and any threats. They are so quick to demand the fees yet they procrastinate when it is time to refund.</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">This is a warning to all prospective students: DO NOT REGISTER WITH DAMELIN! THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND SO IS THEIR TUTORING.
