Damelin Braamfontein
My experience at Damelin has been bad, given the fact that im a part time student at Damelin Braamfontein and expect communication from the institution and professionalism, The admin lady Bongiwe Mabula who is supposed to be assisting the part time student does not know what she is doing or she simply doesn't care. We go to private institutions for a better service yet the service is terrible.
im doing financial accounting as one of my modules and we are on the 3rd assignment yet we do not know the marks for the 1st assignment or the test, they are telling us we might start writing on the 11th of June yet we don't have timetables to give to our employers as part time students . they probably will give us just a week before we right or give you your marks a week before you right and if you failed too bad. We are on the 3rd Lecturer for accounting since we started in February and have to adapt to each method of teaching from the different people. Your admin is terrible and this is a private institution and we pay a lot of money for service not what your staff is giving us.
all students should take pride on the institution they study with but Damelin is a sham. The Damelin Braamfontein does not respect their students and takes each everyone of us granted.
we work hard to ensure that our fees are paid and they give us a **** service. I wish I went somewhere else the employees are ***********, Student advisors failed me (Leslie Ntsoelengoe) and the admin support (bongiwe Mabula).
