Damelin boksburg refund

Its 2023 I'm still waiting for a refund since 2019. 2019. Mr Reggy and Miss Nokuthaba Mpofu from Damelin Boksburg promised me my refund within 3 months after I went to thier offices 2019. I want my R8000 back as my daughter did not receive any studies. I have sending numerous emails to the refunds department and they keep telling me that they are awaiting payment releases. Till today I'm waiting. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
