Damelin Boksburg - PATHETIC

Damelin Boksburg ABSOLUTELY useless! Was supposed to start my part-time studies on 17 Feb 2020 and it got postponed to the 25th of Feb 2020. When I arrived on the 25th the academic manager Valentine said there are no classes until further notice as they don’t have timetables. The next day one of my fellow classmates got a call to say there is not class on the 26th as they still don’t have anything. James a sales consultant sent me the timetable on the 26th of Feb. After looking at the timetable I noticed none of my subjects are on there. I asked him to get a manager to phone me. Valentine phoned and said he will check and get back to me. I went in to Damelin on the 26th to speak to Valentine and the General Manager Mr. Reddy. He advised I will get feedback on the Friday at 13:00pm. I had to phone Valentine at 16:00pm as I still haven’t received any feedback. They were unable to assist. The excuse received was that Valentine resigned. Spoke with Mala at Headoffice today 3 March and she gave me a number for the new academic manager. She took my details and said someone will contact me, yet I’m still waiting. Eventually got an email address for Sheila in order to query the timetable issue again. I was advised that classes have started yet myself and two fellow classmates can’t attend any lectures as there are NO lecturers to give the class! They are unable to provide any solid answer and ignore the requests for refunds! It’s a pathetic campus that is unorganized and can only give excuses with no solutions to the problems we are facing!
