Damelin

Good day

I have paid the Damelin account on the 28th Noember 2019, sent proof of payment and the paid up letter, since then I have been asking for this account to be updated, it is affecting my credit ratings, as it reflect as an account in arrears.

I was initially told it will update after 3 months, a year later its still on my report, now I am not sure what will it take for this to be rectified.
