Absolutely NO communication from them with regards to anything!! You email, no response. You then phone Damelin and no one ever picks up their phones. After more than a week of battling, with no response from Damelin, you then drive to the Campus, over 25kms, in desperation for answers to urgent queries and again, no one available. Service is nothing short of shocking/pathetic. This goes from top management down.. Daughter was then forgotten to be included for the Graduation Ceremony, because if the lack in comms from one dept to the next; and now almost 2 months later still no Certificate, which was not supp**** on her Graduation day. I had to call Head Office in effort to get some answers!! I was advised to email Damelin Mowbray Manager and request a letter stating my daughter has graduated, and there is a delay in issuing her certificate….. so she can apply for work and attach the letter to her CV as evidence of the diploma she had earned. I am still awaiting a response on my request for the letter!!!! 3 weeks en counting!! My daughter has now since left for the UK without the certificate. I’d never make use of this College again. It was nothing short of a nightmare!!! Awaiting the certificate!!!! Paid last fees for the course in full before she wrote her final exams.
