Credit

About 2 years ago I app**** at Damelin to study. After filling in all the necessary documents my application got approved. I then had to make a deposit before i could get my student number which i did 2 days after the deposit was made i received my student number and login details.... Same day i email to say that there is nothing loaded under my log in code it was blank, the lady was really nice and tried helping me after a week of still nothing under my log in code i sent an email asking if i could cancel due to no study materials being available to me.

I have been struggling eversince to get my money back from them and everyone just keeps saying they waiting for cancelation department.

What can i do to get my money back it can't take 2 years for a credit to be passed
