COURSE POSTPONED 3 TIMES, NO REFUND, NO FEEDBACK!

I App**** for a ICB course at Randburg Damlin to start class in May 2015, i paid in full and was very excited. I then got told that class was being postponed to June as they didn't have enough learners. i said it was fine, and then when i called in June they said no that they will have to postpone again to July as they didn't have enough learners. I was furious as they only let you know a few days before you are due to start. I requested a refund so that i could do it correspondence, but i never had any feedback. Eventually i got hold of Damlin Randburg and they said class will def start on 18 July 2015, so i retracted the refund request as it was too late to do it correspondence as i missed the closing date in June. I phoned now just to get everything in order for class on Saturday 18 July and have been told there is no class AGAIN!!! This is the 3rd time that i have been messed around and i have now wasted nearly 3 month of study time. DON'T EVER STUDY THROUGH DAMLIN, THEY ARE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME, AND MONEY!!! And with my experience i probably wont even get a response to this either!! HAD ENOUGH OF DAMLIN RANDBURG!!!!
