Complain bad service

I had a terrible service with Damelin Braamfontein, regarding the incorrect ID number on my certificate, since 2019 to date the issue has not been resolved, they keep referring me from one person to the next, the admin team for issuing certificates is just a complete disaster, they don't even bother to call me after made numerous attempts with the to rectify the error,??? What a terrible experience one has to go through, I even regret going there in the first place,
