Clients Interests are not considered

I am so disappointed with Educor as I am due a refund since 2020 from a Damelin Institute, the refunds department from Educor is who I have been dealing with. I have been following up since June 2021, to date I have received nothing and I am always following up with them, no one calls back to give feedback even though there is nothing progressing. All completed documents and related correspondence was sent to Educor refunds. This is the most disappointing service provider I have ever dealt with. If you or your child is studying, please double check who the financial institute is with so you don't end up in a situation like this.
