Certificate Collection

I recently graduated from Damelin Randburg and have the worst experience.<br> I went to receive my certificate and they had spelt my name wrong and so I was told I would have to wait for about 2 weeks for them to rectify the problem and issue me a new certificate.<br> I waited for nearly 3 weeks and never received any correspondence during this time period, until I had to follow up to find out when my certificate would be ready. I eventually received my second certificate on the 22 March 2016 at 12:50 pm, only to find that ink had been spilt all over my certificate. When I queried it I didn't even receive an apology but just a \well we will have to resubmit an application to get another one for you\".<br> <br> I am so disgusted by their service and manner of handling the entire situation.<br> I have paid so much money to study at their institution and I receive that kind of service.<br> I will never again study through them again and I will ensure that every person I know and interact with knows how disgusting their service is and how they handle situations and ensure they never study through them. "
