Cancellation and billing

I sent the application on the 18.02.2015 to Jaco Swanepoel,made a deposit payment of R3000.00 on the 23.02.2015. Then on the 02.03 when i enquired about the app i was told it takes 21 days to process. On the 26.03 i asked Jaco when will i get my books as 21 days passed already,no confirmation from him at all. When i called the call center they could not confirm delivery until i decided to cancel. I sent the letter on the 22.05 and turn-around time is 4weeks but till now they still waiting for GM to sign it off and u still debit. I want my refund and termination please.
