Can not trust Damelin as a tertiary education

I started my studdies with danelin from 2014, did all my exams and assignments and got feedback to say I passed all of them . bank seta was supposed to confirm the certificate but no feedback. Grant from damelin head office requested for the file to confirm and to date no udate, at work they require the original certificatd . please urgently assist. This matter had been pending since 2015.
