Campus Manager refusing to process my refund

The reason I require the refund is the ********* handling of my registration. I had enrolled 3rd semester 26/06/2015 for N6 Power Machines Part-Time Class at Damelin Boksburg at an amount of R1000, prior to commencement of classes I had asked my fianc?e to call and enquire when will the classes begin because I was not sure whether 1st or 2nd week of August. She was then informed that there is no part-time classes for N6 power machines. I made a follow up by going to enquire at the reception Damelin Boksburg, I was informed that there is no classes running for Power Machines N6 and in order for the class to run 8 students are required after Selby had went to ask Junior. I was given an alternative to go to Damelin Benoni to enquire or take any other module offered by Damelin Boksburg, I responded by saying Benoni is too far for me and I have completed all the other 3 modules for N6 and I require only one or perhaps I can opt for a refund, so I requested a refund, which I was told it will be made available to me in 6 to 8 weeks. I sought another institute so I can complete my N6, after doing so I went to register in another institute. They refuse to process my refund.
